What we collect, and why.

When you fill in a form

Our forms ask for what we need to answer you: usually your name, email, phone number, the date and type of your gathering, and anything you choose to tell us. We use it to reply, to plan your gathering, and to understand how people find us (for example, which page you filled the form in on). We do not sell it, and we do not share it with anyone except the services that run this website, below.

Dietary needs

If you tell our kitchen about an allergy or dietary need, we use it only to prepare food for that gathering and delete it afterwards.

Feedback after your gathering

If you answer our one-question note after your event, we keep your answer and any comment to improve how we host. It is not published unless you separately send a review and tell us we may share it.

If you sign up for Letters from the table, we use your email only to send it. Every letter includes a way to stop receiving them, or you can simply reply and ask.

An unfinished inquiry

If you start the inquiry form and leave before sending it, your browser keeps what you typed on this device for up to 30 days so you can pick up where you left off. Nothing reaches us until you press send, and “Start fresh” deletes it.

Tools that never send us anything

The photo frame, the invitation designer, the program maker, the cost splitter, and the welcome, RSVP and booking-dates pages all run in your own browser. RSVP replies go from your guests straight to you. Photos and details you put into them stay on your device.

The services behind this website

This website is hosted by Netlify, which also receives and stores what you submit in our forms. Our fonts are delivered by Google Fonts, which means your browser contacts Google to load them. Each of these companies handles data under its own privacy policy.

Your browser

We don't use advertising or tracking cookies. Your browser may remember small settings for you, such as light or dark mode, or the name on a referral link you followed.

How long we keep things

Inquiries and event details: for as long as we need them to plan and look after your gathering. Dietary information: until the gathering is over. If you want yours deleted sooner, email us.

Asking us to change or delete your information

Email 403mainsmallevents@gmail.com and we will correct or delete what we hold about you.
