Small gatherings are not priced like big ones, and no two are alike. These are the things that actually move the number — so the quote you get from us makes sense before it arrives.

How long you need the room
On weekends a half day runs 9am to 2pm or 4pm to 9pm — a morning shower or an evening dinner. A full day runs 9am to 9pm and gives you setup, the gathering and an unhurried goodbye. Weekdays can be booked by the hour. The hours you need are usually more than you think — here's why.
The day of the week
Saturdays are the most asked-for day at most venues. If your date is flexible, a Friday evening or a weekday lunch widens your choices.
How much we do
You can take the room and style it yourself, have us set and style it, or hand us the whole day — food, flowers and someone running it.
Food
A grazing table, a brunch, a buffet or a plated meal. Everything comes from our own kitchen, and the menu is written around your tastes and budget.
Flowers
From a few bud vases to a full installation. Seasonal flowers go further — see what's in season.
Your guest count
It matters most for food, and for anything set at every place — linens, place settings, favours.
