Event styling & design
Tablescapes, custom installations, florals, lighting and signage, chosen to reflect you — your history, your people, the way you want the day to feel. You can hand us the whole room or just the table.
Curated décor rentals
Serving ware, tabletop pieces, styling accents and small furnishings, rented one piece at a time or as a bundled package. Book a time to visit and “shop” the collection with us. If your vision calls for something we don’t have, we will make it.
Floral design
Custom arrangements, centerpieces and larger installations, designed to soften the room without competing with it. Seasonal flowers go furthest — see what’s in season.
Catering from our kitchen
Brunch, grazing tables, appetizers, a buffet or a plated meal, made in the kitchen at 403 Main with organic and premium ingredients where we can, and from local producers. Menus are built around your tastes and budget, and dietary needs are welcome.
Planning support
Layout, flow and the order of the day, talked through with you before it arrives. We can also connect you with bartenders, servers and other vendors.
Styling at your venue
We also style weddings and gatherings elsewhere. Travel beyond 50 miles of Huntsville may add a fee — ask us about your venue.
Décor, floral and menu choices are finalized two weeks before your gathering, so everything can be sourced and prepared with care.
